[SEC_01] ACKNOWLEDGMENT_OF_TERMS

By accessing or using the DopplerTown Distribution network (the "Platform"), you execute a binding agreement to comply with these terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must immediately terminate your connection and halt all asset transfers.

The Platform is operated by DopplerTown Music Group, a Nutroid Tech LLP venture. Any reference in these terms to "we," "us," or "our" refers to DopplerTown Music Group as the service operator.

The Platform reserves the right to modify these parameters at any time. Continued access implies authorization of the updated directives.

[SEC_02] ORGANIZATION_OBLIGATIONS

As a registered Organization, you are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to utilize the Platform's distribution pathways. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials.

• You shall not inject malicious code or payloads into the network.
• You guarantee that all uploaded audio assets and metadata are your intellectual property or that you possess explicit authorization for distribution.
• You accept full liability for any copyright infringement claims directed against your distributed assets.

[SEC_03] ASSET_LOCKING_PROTOCOL

Upon initialization of a release submission, audio files and associated metadata are subject to the Immutable Asset Locking protocol. This state transition is irreversible during the pending and active release phases to ensure data integrity across external Digital Service Providers (DSPs).

The Platform is not liable for metadata errors committed prior to the locking sequence. Alterations require a formal takedown request and re-submission.

[SEC_04] ROYALTY_TELEMETRY & DISBURSEMENTS

The Platform aggregates financial telemetry from DSP nodes. Royalty disbursements are calculated based on your active Resource Tier (e.g., 85% payout for Tier 1, 100% for Tier 2/3).

Disbursements are processed within forty-five (45) standard Earth days following the end of the reporting month, contingent upon receipt of funds from the respective DSPs. The Platform is not liable for delayed telemetry or withheld funds from external nodes.

[SEC_05] TERMINATION_SEQUENCE

We may execute an immediate termination sequence on your Organization account without prior notice if you breach any of these directives, particularly concerning copyright infringement or fraudulent streaming activity.

Upon termination, your assets will be issued takedown commands across the network, and pending royalties may be frozen pending investigation.
