DopplerTown Distribution is operated by DopplerTown Music Group, a Nutroid Tech LLP venture. For the purposes of this Privacy Protocol, references to "we," "us," and "our" mean DopplerTown Music Group in its role as the operator responsible for handling platform data.

[DAT_01] TELEMETRY_COLLECTION

To maintain system stability and provide distribution services, we collect necessary operational telemetry. This includes:

  • Identity Vectors: Names, email addresses, and encrypted authentication tokens required for Organization access.
  • Financial Nodes: Tax identification protocols and payout routing instructions.
  • System Logs: IP addresses, access timestamps, and interaction vectors within the dashboard interface.

[DAT_02] DATA_PROCESSING_ROUTINES

Collected telemetry is processed strictly for the execution of distribution operations. Your data is utilized to:

  • Authenticate system access requests.
  • Transmit necessary metadata to external DSP nodes (Spotify, Apple, etc.) to establish copyright and release profiles.
  • Calculate and disburse royalty payloads.
  • Execute system diagnostics and security sweeps.

[DAT_03] THIRD-PARTY_TRANSMISSION

We do not sell telemetry to unauthorized entities. Data transmission is restricted to necessary infrastructure nodes:

> Cloud Storage Providers (AWS S3) for holding audio assets.
> Digital Service Providers (DSPs) for executing your distribution commands.
> Financial Gateways (Stripe, PayPal) for processing subscriptions and disbursements.

[DAT_04] RETENTION_&_PURGE_CYCLES

Unused audio assets not attached to a locked release are subject to the Retention Manager's automated purge cycle (typically 30 days).

Financial ledgers and active release metadata are retained indefinitely to ensure historical accuracy of royalty disbursements, unless a formal data deletion command is issued by the Organization administrator.

[DAT_05] SECURITY_ARCHITECTURE

We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS 1.3) during transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Despite rigorous defensive measures, no transmission over the public grid is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute immunity against unauthorized extraction.
